Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, a leading Public Sector Utility Company in Pakistan is looking to fill the following junior to mid-level Management positions with qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals who can add value to the organizations progress.
Deputy Manager Legal (JC 8034-01)
Qualification & Experience:
Law graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience and 1 year Bar Enrollment.
Age: Should not exceed 35 Years

Job Responsibilities:
To handle corporate, and legal matters including litigation and advisory role in respect of civil, criminal, tax, procurement, service and competition laws.
Make brief on every case and recommend suitable counsel to the Senior Management.
Review / vet pleadings, plaints and written statements and provide input on judgments/ court orders and appear before Courts / Tribunals.
Monitor Litigation and manage MIS of litigation.
Respond to queries raised by relevant Departments, regulatory bodies and draft opinions on ongoing litigation.
