HANDS requires Chief Operating Executive based at HANDS Head Office Karachi.
Position: Chief Operating Executive (COE)
No. of Positions: 01 Male/Female
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years on December 31, 2019
Reporting Line: Chief Executive

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification: MBA/MPA/MS/ MPH with a major in Management & Social Sciences from HEC recognized university (18 years of education).
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in senior position.
Skills Required: Project and Team Management Skills, Administrative and Negotiation Skills, Proficiency in English Speaking and Writing.

Experience:
Proven diversified experience with a position of COO in a reputable organization.
Experience of working at senior position in development sector will be an added advantage.
Strategic planning, administration, procurement and logistics management position.
Working experience of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
Experience in philanthropic fundraising will be a plus.
The position will have a market-based remuneration package commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. The initial contract will be for a period of three years extendable with satisfactory performance.
