About the role:
You will be responsible for charging & revenue management domain for various services lying either in the charging or revenue management domain and will be the main expert of charging, billing, e-refill & revenue management systems.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
Possess strong understanding of prepaid, postpaid and recharge user journeys
Should have a strong knowledge of the IT enterprise architecture
Understand business needs and processes and lead their transformation
Understand the charging and billing flows and ensure their seamless transformation
Provide solutions to stakeholders on the identified challenges
Foster teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others
Ensure that all the deliverables are on track and delivered on time which includes but is not limited to details of functional scoping, documentation of relevant processes etc.
Act as a technical lead for capacity planning and solution designing
Drive the planning and implementation of new products in liaison with stakeholders
Responsible for managing onsite implementation of services, new platforms, applications and expansions related to the domain including acceptance testing.
Responsible for handling multiple streams in charging & billing transformations
Your Typical Day will look like:
Working on the solution and architecture of Charging, Billing, e-refill, Mediation and Interconnect platform
Participate & lead in cross-functional team comprising of resources from various departments
Documenting the detail scope and functional requirement documents
Monitor and improve customer experience through efficient solution planning and designing
Coordination daily with stake holders including Business and Technology
Capacity management, KPI monitoring, optimization and performance management of charging & top-up related applications and platforms.
Support to the team, department, and organization in timely project issues resolution
Bringing innovation and creativity culture and initiatives inculcating it in the team members and dept.
Active participation in management/CFT meetings.
What we’re looking for:
Education: BE/BCS and a sound understanding of telecommunication technology and IT BSS landscape.
Work experience: Relevant Experience of 2+ years will be preferred
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Sound understanding of the dynamics of the Pakistani Telecom industry & telecom business processes
Sound understanding of Charging, Billing systems is a must
Sound knowledge (Business & Technical) of BSS domain
Sound analytical and independent learning ability
Strong team and stakeholder management skills
Ability to create strong enthusiasm and spirit within the team
Well-versed with Agile and Service Design methodologies
Strong solution orientation
Imagination and creativity, desire to move things
