Experience
10 years’ relevant experience.
Candidate must mention his/her experience in term of project numbers of similar nature ; and
Number of Highway / Roads’ Project experienced with Donor ADB / WB / JICA;
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; having Computer Skills in Primavera P6, MS Project and AutoCAD.
Added Advantages & Additional Experience:
Working Experience in Punjab Govt. Infrastructure Development Department for Motorways / Highways / Ring Roads Projects
Overseas / International Relevant Experience
LLB Degree or PMP certification.
Job Responsibilities
Deputy Director (Coordination) will perform the following functions, including but not limited to:
Monitor and Control the Data / Reports updated in the Quality and M&E Software with the help of MIS Manager.
Preparation of different Presentations, Dashboard Presentations, Progress Reports.
Arrangement of Seminar Work Shops, Stack holder Meetings.
Reporting of PD/ ADB through Director (Tech/ M&E).
Follow up Court Cases against PMU.
Records Management, Documents Controlling, file Management in the office of Director (Tech / M&E) through Support Staff.
Assist to Director (TM&E) in decision making by facilitating through presentation of record / data and recommendation on different issues.
Management and follow up of IPC / FPC of contracts, Consultants, Suppliers etc for timely disposal.
Inter-office Coordination with different wings / units to resolved the issues / bottleneck for smooth running of the Project.
Ensure that all payments certificate are supported with Documents / Data / Quality Reports those are pre-requisite to the payment certificate.
Assist to Supervise project management and monitoring arrangements for implementation of the all road projects, including preparing a computerized critical path schedule (or similar project management tool);
Coordinate with other stakeholders for compliance of implementation requirements of the subprojects;
Coordinate with all concerned organizations and relevant staff on project related issues;
Inform the Director (TM&E) about the progress of all Project activities, including any technical issues and the solutions needed to address these issues;
Perform any other tasks / assignment that may be assigned by the Director (TM&E) / PD or ADB etc.
