Assistant Manager – B2B Sales – TELENOR PAKISTAN – Karachi

About the role:
The role will allow you to contribute towards our vision of taking Telenor Business products to a leading position over the coming years. And will get the opportunity to enhance vision and expertise for B2B segments.

Your Impactful Goals will include:
Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Plan and conduct daily customer visits to explore new product markets.
Manage and adhere to all account handing over processes to services team.
Ensure quality of sales.
Provide support to Customers by ensuring resolution of network coverage, billing, and services issues.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience.
Your Typical day at work
Ensure assigned revenue targets are achieved while exploring new business customers.
Ensure to achieve all product wise KPI targets through core GSM and Solutions.
Approach Solution Selling with a strategic mindset for existing and new accounts.
100% assurance of Governance controls on customer documentations and system activation/modifications.
Timely intimation to tagged customer against any reported network outage incidents
Maintain healthy relations with all the stakeholder.
Need to ensure end to end due diligence of new customer onboarding for assigning it to services team.
Strict adherence to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional key deliveries along with complete understanding of code of conduct.
Ensure a close liaison with Services team and all stakeholders e.g. products, operations etc.
Continuous development of selling skills.
Build and maintain excellent relationships at all tiers in assigned portfolio.
Strong business Knowledge of all Business products especially solutions products along with IOT and Enterprise solutions.

​What we are looking for?
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s in business administration with a specialization in Sales, Marketing or related areas. Candidates with an MBA will have an added advantage.
Work experience: Minimum 3 years experience of: Corporate Servicing, Client Management, Key Account Management.
